Parties

While I may not be a fervent party enthusiast, there was always something special about the gatherings we hosted at our home in Bell Canyon, especially our annual Cookie Baking Party. Despite typically draining my energy, these events became memorable occasions, often drawing in as many as 80 friends to celebrate and share in the joy. Birthday parties, in particular, took on a grand scale, marking milestones like my 50th and 60th, along with Kara's spectacular 60th celebration atop the London rooftop in Hollywood. These occasions transcended the typical party experience, becoming cherished moments of connection and celebration with dear friends.

My hon turned 60 on September 23rd 2012 and I wanted to throw her the best party ever! Celebrities have their parties on the pool top roof of the London, so that is the venue we chose my my hon's party.

Kara invited all of our friends and family over to celebration my 60th birthday. We chose 8 bottles of our favorite highend wines, bagged them, and tasted each one to vote on which one the group liked the best. I forget which one won, BUT, everyone had an amazing time!

Cookie Party 2009

Every year for years we held a cookie baking party where the kids and adults would bake cookies, the kids played pinball, darts, and air hockey, and after dark the adults played Texas Holdem. Some years we would have as many as 80 people. This year we hired the singers from The Groove.
