We drove up to the top of Chimney Rock State Park, then I took the 26 story elevator up to the very top.
The view was amazing of the mountains and Lake Lure below.Then I hiked the 1.5 mile out to the highest water fall east of the Mississippi, it was a sad little waterfall compared to Yosemite!
