Swamp Rabbit Trail, second ride

This was my first adventure since moving to Greenville SC. The Swamp Rabbit trail goes 22 miles from below Greenville to Traveler's Rest to the north. 44 miles total if you road both ways. They plan to expand it within three years to go from Columbia, the capital, to Ashville NC. I started south of the city and road through the city center next to the Reedy River and beyond the picturesque falls down town. Next week I will start where I left off to see another section. It is so green, but 93 and humid!

A nice ride along the strand in Santa Monica and along Venice Beach. Very very clean and not one tent from Santa Monica Pier the whole way down to Venice Fishing Pier! They have cleaned it all up! One day past the holliday and nobody was on the bike path!

Nice 15 mile ride from Will Rogers State Beach to Marina Del Rey and back. My friend Robin road my SUB and I road my MSUB, great day on the bike path! The SUB kicked his arse!

It is always an amazing day to ride the beach in Santa Monica on my SUB!!!

Come along as we ride past iconic beaches, piers, harbors, and wetlands starting at Will Rogers State Beach, on to the Santa Monica Pier, then over to the world famous Venice Beach and Boardwalk, then through Marina Del Rey and on to the Ballona wetlands and bike path! My GoPro 7 worked like magic.

Another amazing day riding along the beach, plus some tasty tacos in Hermosa Beach, then the 20 mile ride back was all into the wind, ugggg! What kind of bird is this?

Longest ride yet on my "road" stand up bike with Dru Morgan. From Will Rogers State Beach to Hermosa Beach Pear, 38 miles of beach riding!

Another amazing day riding 16 miles down the Marvin Brad Bike Trail in Santa Monica.

I did my longest ride on my SUB today, 30 miles up the Ojai trail. Wonderful day wonderful ride, many many more to come! A patron at Starbucks said, someone stole your seat, I said, yes a few miles back, now I must ride the rest of the day like this!
