Food is medicine!

The movie Blue Zone tells the story of areas around the world where people live to over 100 years old. If you have not seen the movie, you should!
The main theme of the movie is that diet is the number one predictor of longevity, then excercise, good habits, community, and love of life!
These are the things that I do each day to try and create my own Blue Zone!
