BURROUGHS MINIATURE REPLICA JOSEPH IVES WAGON SPRING CLOCK

Aug 5th, 1985

This is a very Rare Burroughs Miniature clock. The case is a replica of a Joseph Ives Wagon Spring Clock. The movement is a single spring driven movement with a back winder. The winding knob is missing. The clock measures 7 3/4" high.

I bought this from old man Herman's clock shop in West Hills California for $50,00 in 1985. It is now worth over $2000.00.

Check out the beautiful roman numeral numbers and the brown pattina on the face.

The cabinet has the original varnish and looks great

While old man Herman took good care of this clock, some of the original faceplate is missing

I have kept this clock safe in my collection since I bought it from old man Herman. It is one of my favorite clocks!
